Janet Bronte has over 25 years in Sales Promotion and Marketing for various businesses from
start-up, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and business to business. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit herself, Janet specializes in start-up strategies for new businesses focusing on image development and

As Promotion Director of a major city newspaper in New York for Gannett Newspapers and USA Today,
Janet developed company-wide marketing strategies to increase circulation focusing on incentive programs for the independent delivery contractors, including the coordination of a company discount card, sales
initiatives for a 48-person outgoing telemarketing department as well as initiatives to increase customer service and reduce subscription cancellations.
Her responsibilities also included corporate branding through the development of integrated
advertising campaigns in radio, television and print, and direct mail.
She has consulted for several independent publications to develop circulation and restructure
advertising schedules and commissioned sales to increase contracted advertising revenue, along with co-promotional events designed to increase readership. Her efforts increased advertising sales for one city
alternative newspaper 50% in one year's time, attracting national accounts as well as long-term, local contracts using co-op advertising dollars.
Over recent years, Janet has specialized in computerized Point-of-Sale solutions to gather and
measure marketing data, including merchant services and gift / loyalty card programs. She helped design a customized POS system for a Tennis Club in upstate New York to develop an overall database marketing program
to retain members and increase their activity level in programs.
Janet has a B.S. in Education with a focus on graphic arts and communication from the State
University College in New Paltz, New York.
